The U.S. Navy seeks groundbreaking dual-use energy storage solutions that address national defense challenges. The U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) invites innovators of all maturities to propose advanced technologies that meet critical military battery needs and enhance future supply chain resiliency.

Focus Areas:

Zero-Volt Tolerant Fast Charging batteries (>10C to 90% SOC)
Low-temperature rechargeable batteries (down to -60°C)
Supply chain resilience innovations for energy storage

Selected applicants will present their solutions at the Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit this December in Austin, Texas. All qualified entrants will receive membership to the Expeditionary Missions Consortium - Crane (EMC2), gaining additional access to significant funding opportunities.
