9:30-10:30: NYU Professor Julia Lane will speak on AEI Report [industry of ideas, AI measurement, and labor markets]; provide a summary of the NAIRR Task Force report, including measurement issues and the resultant NAIRR pilot, and discuss NSF investment in industry of ideas and regional jobs; the Stanford AI Measurement Workshop and issues of importance for researchers and for public policy.

10:30-11:30: Reception and book signing, Democratizing Our Data: A Manifesto. Copies will be available for purchase from the bookstore. If you would like to reserve one in your name, please respond accordingly in the registration.
