Event Description:

The recent memo from the Whitehouse Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) on immediate and equitable open access to research results (including publications and associated data) are resulting in new policies/guidance for Data Management and Sharing (DMSP) from agencies. An example is the NIH policy that went into effect in January 2023.

The goal of the Data Management Café is to provide an open and informal forum to discover resources and support being developed at the U of U, discuss issues and concerns as a community, and share best practices.
