Submission Deadline: 31 March 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time
Abstracts will not be accepted after the deadline.
Researchers are encouraged to submit early and review the scientific breakout session topics in advance.

Submission Portal Access
The MHSRS submission site is password-protected. Department of War CAC users should select “CAC login / registration” and register using their DoW email address. A confirmation email will be sent, and users must verify their address before logging back in to complete their profile.
All other users should select “Click here to register” on the login page, create a username and password, and confirm their email address via the automated message before returning to complete their profile.
