Abstract submission for the technical poster presentations for the DoD Applied Innovation Workshop is now open to the public. Anyone interested in sharing valuable research and solutions to DoD innovation challenges is encouraged to submit an abstract here.

Abstracts are due Friday, August 29.
The Applied Innovation Workshop poster presentations offer attendees opportunities to:
- Share how their innovative research and cutting-edge technologies enhance DoD capabilities and mission effectiveness.
- Network with over 1,000 other attendees from the federal government, Services, academia, and private industry working to address DoD innovation challenges.
SERDP, ESTCP and OE-I conduct a rigorous review process in selecting projects for funding, so selected posters represent research, technologies, and products of high technical merit and value to the DoD. Poster presentations are also an excellent opportunity for students at all academic levels to participate in the Applied Innovation Workshop. Military academy students are encouraged to submit.

The Department of Defense's (DoD) Applied Innovation Workshop is the nation’s largest conference focusing on the DoD's priority issues and goals to accelerate installation resilience.The Applied Innovation Workshop will offer a variety of technical sessions and short courses, over 500 technical poster presentations, and networking opportunities at the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC from December 2-5, 2025.
