Boost your grant funding search and proposal writing skills at this one-day summer workshop presented by the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) and University Libraries. Two sessions are offered: (1) Thursday, May 14 (on health campus); or (2) Monday, May 18 (on main campus)—both from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm (lunch provided).
Open to all UU faculty, researchers, and staff. RSVP by May 10 by emailing jenna.taylor@utah.edu.
This engaging group workshop will equip you with practical tools, proven strategies, and dedicated time to advance your funding goals for your research, projects, and programs. You'll learn how to find extramural funding opportunities and strengthen your grant proposals, plus get hands-on practice and real-time feedback.

The CFR team supports faculty, researchers, and administrators across campus in navigating foundation and corporate relations, including advising on engagement and stewardship strategies, helping identify and assess funding opportunities, providing strategic guidance for funder alignment, and supporting the development of competitive proposals (including draft reviews).
