Technology Commercialization Office (TCO)
The Technology Commercialization Office (TCO) at the University of Utah manages the University’s intellectual property developed by faculty, staff, and students. For studies that involve the transfer of human biological samples outside of the University of Utah, a Materials Transfer Agreement (MTA) may be required from TCO.
