Guidelines
The IRB provides guidelines for research submissions based on regulations and guidance from the Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institute of Health (NIH), Utah State Laws, University of Utah Policies and Procedures, and the policies of institutions in the University of Utah’s covered entity (VA Medical Center, Primary Children’s Medical Center, and Shriners Hospital for Children).
